Orthodontist Garland and Glasgow, TX

Dr. George has been creating beautiful smiles in the Garland-Richardson and surrounding area for the last 25 years. He grew up in Dallas and graduated from Lake Highlands High School. He completed his undergraduate education at The University of Texas at Austin, receiving a BS in Electrical Engineering. Next, he attended Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, and then he earned his specialty training by completing a residency in Orthodontics at St. Louis University. After graduation, he earned his Board Certification by becoming a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. George’s professional affiliations include the Dallas County Dental Society, the American Dental Association, the Southwest Society of Orthodontists and the American Association of Orthodontists. He is very active as an adult leader in Boy Scouts, and he attained the rank of Eagle Scout as a youth. Dr. George is an active member of Highland Park United Methodist Church and has participated in many of their mission trips to Juarez, Mexico.

Dr. George and his wife, Linda, have been married for 28 years and are parents of four boys. The oldest, Jonathan, is a graduate of Texas A&M University, Michael is a junior at Baylor, Mitchell is a senior at Lakes Highland High School, and the youngest, Christopher, is in the seventh grade. The three oldest boys are also Eagle Scouts, and the entire family enjoys many outdoor activities such as camping, cycling, sailing and watersking.
